Description: My workouts include aerobic exercise for a healthy cardiovascular system; strength training to maintain muscle tone,bone density; core strength exercise for a stable mid-section;,stretching to maintain mobility. I have to admit, I go through phases of being good,bad. When I'm being good, I go to the gym three to four times a week.,when I'm bad, I go all the way!
